控制台下执行 php-cgi.exe 提示不兼容错误：

安装以前的 vc_redist.x64.exe (大小13.8 MB) 依然提示如上错误。

解决方案：
安装新的 VC_redist.x64.exe (大小24.0 MB) 问题解决。
