现象

使用ubuntu22.04系统，做了一些操作后（当时就是安装了一些软件、更新了一些驱动），突然发现WIFI、网络图标消失，无法连网。

解决方案

网络参考方案：重启网络服务 [个人未能生效]

成功实现方案：更新内核驱动

解决步骤：必须看清楚情况，相似情况方可执行，避免升级内核相关驱动导致系统崩溃

1. 查看是否存在igc模块

[如果以下命令无返回，则继续下列方法，否则此方法不适合你的情况]

# 1. 查看igc模块
lsmod | grep igc

# 正常返回如下，如果缺失igc模块则没有返回
# igc   102400  0

1. 查看系统内核版本与网卡驱动

# 2. 查看系统内核
uname -r

# 返回6.8.0-52-generic

1. 下载内核驱动

由于我们的内核版本是6.8.0-52-generic ， 因此前往清华镜像下载对应驱动
下载地址：https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-hwe-6.8/
linux-modules-extra-6.8.0-52-generic_6.8.0-52.53~22.04.1_amd64.deb

此处根据你返回的内核版本下载对应的deb包，下载完成后，U盘拷贝至没有网络的电脑上安装即可

# 3. 安装内核驱动
sudo dpkg -i linux-modules-extra-6.8.0-52-generic_6.8.0-52.53~22.04.1_amd64.deb

1. 重启电脑重新安装显卡驱动

重启电脑后，wifi和网络图标都出来了，恢复正常，但是我的英伟达显卡驱动又掉了，需要重新安装显卡驱动，安装完成后再重启，电脑恢复正常。

sudo reboot

原因分析

重新找了一台ubuntu22.04的设备验证，发现原系统内核为6.8.0-51-generic，安装了英伟达的显卡驱动后，系统内核从原先的6.8.0-51-generic 突然升至6.8.0-52-generic

# 安装显卡驱动前6.8.0-51-generic，显卡驱动安装完成重启后6.8.0-52-generic

1. 查看网卡驱动与依赖项

借助GPU查询 UNCLAIMED 的含义

• UNCLAIMED 表示网络设备（网卡）没有被分配驱动程序（或没有驱动程序认领该设备）。
• 简单来说，系统没有正确加载该设备的驱动程序或驱动程序可能未安装。
• 这种情况通常会出现在以下几种情况下：
  • 没有安装合适的驱动程序。
  • 驱动程序未加载或未能正确启动。
  • 设备硬件存在问题，无法被系统识别。

此处代表断网是由于网卡驱动掉了导致，查看正常连网Ubuntu22.04设备的情况

此处driver=igc表示网卡驱动依靠igc模块，通过如下命令查看

# 查看igc模块
lsmod | grep igc

# 正常返回如下，如果缺失igc模块则没有返回
# igc   102400  0

此处可知是由于安装英伟达驱动，英伟达卸载了网卡驱动依赖的igc模块，导致网卡驱动缺少drivers，因此后续重装内核驱动恢复系统正常，有遇到相似问题的大佬可以一同交流下。
